Orondo sits on the Columbia River in Douglas County, about ten minutes from Chelan, and this is a low-bank waterfront home built for the river: nearly 6,900 square feet with five bedrooms, a great room with vaulted ceilings and sliding doors to the water, two primary suites with fireplaces, an entertainer's kitchen, a media room, and a wide deck above the river with a private spa, a fire pit and a permitted buoy. At dusk the whole house glows.
I represented the buyer. The home was listed at $2,100,000 and closed in September 2025 at $1,900,000.
