Finn Hill is one of those Kirkland neighborhoods where a well-kept home on a corner lot still turns heads, and this one did: a tri-level home with an open living area, a kitchen overlooking the dining room, bedrooms upstairs and a bonus room on the lower floor. Out back, a covered deck, raised garden beds and a detached outbuilding for storage or a workshop, with Big Finn Hill Park close by and quick access to the highways. That is the Eastside at its most livable.

I represented the sellers. We listed at $995,000 in April 2024, went under contract after five days on market, and closed in May 2024 at $1,275,000. That is $280,000 over the list price.

We hit the market hard and didn't cut any corners: the house was fully ready before it went live, priced to draw the strongest buyers in the first week, and presented so the sellers could compare offers on terms, not just numbers. On the Eastside, a prepared home in the right price band can still draw strong interest fast, and this sale in King County is a clear example.
